Founded in 1964 by Mr. Manjit Singh and his partner under the name R.C.K.K., the journey began with a vision to create world-class footwear for export. This legacy has since evolved into Nuova Shoes, now driven by the passion and innovation of the next generations — Mr. Harsimran Singh Alag (Mannu), who specialized in “Designing in Footwear” from Italy, and Mr. Ganiv Singh Alag, who has done Business Management from London.
Our main facility is located at Khasra No. 432, Mauza Gailana, Asopa Hospital Road, Agra – 282007 (India). It is powered by a dedicated team of professionals — partners, executives, and skilled artisans — and equipped with state-of-the-art Italian and German shoemaking machinery. This setup ensures we meet international quality benchmarks and fashion standards.
To meet growing global demand, we've expanded operations with an additional unit in Sector-83, Noida (near New Delhi). Together, our facilities have an annual production capacity of approximately 2 million pairs, currently running at 70% utilization.

At the heart of Nuova Shoes lies a dedicated Footwear Design Department and Sample Room, where hundreds of innovative samples are crafted in sync with global fashion trends. Our R&D team works year-round, collaborating with international designers — especially from Italy — to bring fresh, trend-setting ideas to life each season.
We have implemented a CAD-CAM system in our sampling department, enabling seamless pattern development from digital formats like .dxf. Our advanced sampling unit can produce up to 50 pairs per day, supporting a fast and responsive design-to-production cycle.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our certifications — SA-8000 and ISO-14001 — and by the trust placed in us by renowned global customers like J.C. Penney, VF Group (Wrangler), and Benetton. We've undergone and passed stringent social and ethical audits, making us a reliable partner for premium footwear brands worldwide.
